Partners introduce property managers to Marima. Customers register through the Manager application or the signed Console manager-registration form.

Eligible verified paid-subscription conversions earn KES 250 once. Eligible active onboarding partners earn 20% of the qualifying net subscription collection basis.

Agency contracts, rent, deposits and Marima Care do not earn partnership commissions. Service bills have only their explicitly agreed per-bill shares.

Amounts remain subject to verification, cumulative refunds, holds and wallet reservations. Withdrawals require Console review and a verified payout destination.

You consent to processing your application and programme contact details. Protect customer information, use approved marketing materials, and never misrepresent Marima.

Programme access depends on personal acceptance, verified email, approval and continued compliance. Role changes affect future entitlements while historical earnings remain recorded.

Privacy

We process identity, contact, referral and payment records to administer the programme, prevent duplicate claims, support you and comply with applicable recordkeeping. Contact Marima support to request access or correction. Financial and agreement evidence is retained as required.

On acceptance, we retain this exact policy snapshot with your partner record and acceptance time.
